Do you use olive or oil? I only discovered olive oil about 20 years ago when I started working on my own self care and longevity although it’s been around since the beginning of time. Even though I use coconut oil mostly for cooking and baking, olive oil is still my oil of choice for many uses.
It’s great mixed with balsamic vinegar and I usually add some fresh herbs and keep refrigerated for a fabulous salad dressing! Although this writer does not eat pasta and bread any longer – it’s great sprinkled over a pasta dish with pine nuts and parmesan cheese and is very yummy when dipping hard Italian bread in olive oil with roasted garlic.
Olive oil has many healing benefits too. I’ve used it as a massage oil, to take off makeup, as a skin softener and more. Here is a great resource for some more of those: CLICK HERE
